Proving: 1H50+/-5min at 28°C/82°F (75% of humidity). Glaze with eggs. Preheating: oven to 190°C/370°F. Baking: 10 +/-2min at 175+/-10°C (350°F +/-18°F).These instructions are merely indicative, baking time and baking temperature depend on the type of
equipment.
DO NOT REFREEZE AFTER DEFROSTING.
